Before becoming a Doula I worked as a registered nurse for over 20 years, including as a community hospice nurse. This work, as well as personal experience, has prepared me well to be able to support people who are navigating death's journey. I offer a variety of services that revolve around holistic care and well-being of individuals and their loved ones at perhaps the most difficult time of their lives. I offer information, education and resources to help empower people to make decisions and choices in line with their personal values and beliefs. Let me help you take the stress out of planning for your end of life, so you can focus on spending time with your loved ones and doing those things which are purposeful and meaningful to you. Dying is but one moment in time, the rest is living.
