End of life -Funeral Celebrant, .

Journey of Life consultant and Advocate
Journey of life is an innovative Initiative cultivating relationships through physical emotional spiritual and cultural needs, linking the patient and family to information and access to services creating family lead care, leading to a greater understanding of their own pathway;
tailoring an individual approach that is best suited to each person’s ideals, and by listening and understanding your requirements. Peace and purpose is provided through person-centred and integrated health services that pay special attention to the specific needs and preferences of individuals. I am a member of NDAN, Natural Death Advocacy Network.

We are a growing Australian network and advocacy partnership of community facilitators, professionals, activists and educators working to enrich the experience of dying and death.
Using a team approach to support patients and their caregivers. This includes addressing practical needs. Through a support system to help patients live as actively as possible. Palliative care can be delivered in any setting but is mainly organised through primary and home care nursing care home, hospice and hospital services.

We aim to improve the quality of life of adults, babies, children and their parents, families and carers when they are facing problems associated with life-limiting conditions;
 through early identification, assessment and treatment of pain and other physical, psychological, social or spiritual problems. Opening up communications within families and between patients and caregivers. Forming a plan and enacting the plan to ensure that the wishes are fulfilled to the best of everyone’s ability, and handled with dignity and privacy, offering support and care. Leading to a meaningful end of life.
